ISP is a partnership of fishermen with a team of fellow anglers who profit while pursuing their passion for the sport of fishing. ISP and it's independent dealer reps profit on the products they sell and use. ISP customers can get new, innovative, and exclusive products at more afforable pricing when compared to retail and MSRP.

If you are interested in becoming a team member as an independent ISP Dealer Rep, the following will explain the details:

• Each independent ISP Dealer Rep (ISP-IDR) is required to purchase a Dealer Starter Kit (DSK) of sample products.



• The cost of a dealer starter kit (DSK) is $600 (MSRP ~ $800). The price of the DSK includes shipping and handling.



• ISP will provide ISP-IDR with sales and marketing support including:

  • Magnetic Vehicle Dealer Signs
  
  
  
  • Sales Training
  
  
  
  • Sales Materials (brochures, promotional items, shelf talkers)
    
    
  • New Products
  
  
  
  • Free New Product Samples (when available)
  
  
  
  • Sales & Ordering Support
  
  
  
  • Shipping Support
  
  
  
  • Advertising Support; local, regional, national



• Each ISP-IDR will receive an exclusive working territory to be established by ISP based on fishing activity and market potential (generally a 50-100 mile radius to start).



• The exclusive territory will be defined prior to accepting a dealership and agreed upon by ISP and the ISP-IDR.



• ISP-IDRs can sell to anybody in their territory; family, friends, fishing clubs, marinas, tackle shops, bait shops, athletic stores, fish/tackle/boat/outdoor expos, hardware stores, convenience stores, pretty much anybody who is interested in new fishing products.



• In order to retain an exclusive territory, an ISP-IDR is required to order a minimum of product, average of $250 per month, over each 6 month period ( $1500 cumulative).



• If an ISP-IDR does not meet quota, his/her dealership can be terminated at the discretion of ISP.



• The effort and success of ISP-IDRs will never go unnoticed at ISP. We are looking for individuals to fill district and regional managerial positions.
